My name is Penny. I am a yoga teacher, nutritionist and a dōTerra Wellness Advocate.
Here we talk about vulvas, vaginas, periods, yeast infections, and all the other awkward things that yeah, many feel uncomfortable talking about.
In 2008 I was diagnosed with Lichen Sclerosus and Vulvodynia, which has resulted in severe pelvic floor dysfunction. Now I’ve turned into something positive and I am here to support you on your way to find what works for you to minimize pain and discomfort. We work through a holistic approach, and on the blog, and in the emails, we address everything from evidence based research, to alternative sources that we use to help us.
