I'm Penny

 — a pelvic floor yoga teacher specializing in gentle, breath-led online pelvic floor yoga for those living with pelvic pain, overactive pelvic floor dysfunction, or chronic tension. My mission is to help you reconnect with your body, release tension & pain, and feel more confident. I’d love to support you on your journey!
