Hi my lovely friend,  

If you're struggling with pelvic floor tightness, discomfort, or pain, I want you to know—you're not alone. I've worked with so many people who felt lost, frustrated, and unsure of how to ease their symptoms. That’s exactly why I created this space: to help you gently release tension, reconnect with your body, and find relief through yoga.

'm Penny, a certified pelvic floor yoga teacher specializing in yoga for hypertonic pelvic floor dysfunction . My journey into this work began when I saw how many people were struggling with pelvic tension,  including myself(!), and most focus was just on "doing keels" and only focusing on strengthening the pelvic floor, when some of us may need to learn how to relax the pelvic floor muscles as well. Through my various yoga teacher trainings, including Pelvic Floor Yoga , I developed a gentle, restorative approach to yoga designed specifically for pelvic floor relaxation and healing.

 

Unlike traditional focus on "we all need to strengthen", my approach is centered on softening, lengthening, and creating space in the pelvis. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and body awareness practices, I help people move out of chronic tension and into a state of ease.

I believe healing should feel nurturing, not overwhelming—which is why my classes are designed to be gentle, accessible, and stress-free. When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me either dancing in the kitchen, or reading a good book.
